Hi,

I posted an earlier version of this to the sights and sounds forum a few days ago, and Detlev suggested that I post it here too. I've added another example to the original file.

To sum up:

Layout 1 -- a thermometer style graph that shows progress toward a goal (which was in my first post. I fixed a small glitch.)

Layout 2 -- a progress bar that show progress through a long script

The progress-bar-thing seems to be a topic that comes up a lot. This is my solution to the problem of there being no progress bar in the windows version of FM.

Thanks for any comments. If you're interested in colors other than red, I'll send you the source graphic files (gifs) and you can fill them in with a paintbucket tool in photoshop or your favorite drawing program.
