Try to find Scriptology by John Mark Osborne and Matt Petrowsky on Ebay.

I'd laugh but it might come across as rude, when I mean it more in a totally frustrated way.

I'd LOVE to find this book ANYWHERE, and I do mean ANYWHERE.

Even ABE, that goldmine for OOP books, doesn't have a copy listed.

I agree with you. My first response would have sounded rude too. However, after reading your reponse, I see the point you are making, so maybe this site will help you and John until Matt Petrowsky & John Mark Osborne release their next edition.
