Does anyone know of a cash register solution, either open source or commercial?

I have a polished POS system that is in beta, scheduled for sale to the public in Spring 2004. It's currently in v6 but is scheduled for a rebuild to 7 next year, if that matters. We can burn a runtime too if needed.
