Newbies Sara Posted September 24, 2004 Newbies Posted September 24, 2004 I've just spent a long time trying to find a book/cd which will help me learn more about scripts and calculations. I came across Scriptology Demystified but it appears to be out of print. Can any one suggest where the book can be bought or similar reading?
Lee Smith Posted September 24, 2004 Posted September 24, 2004 I wish that I had bought a thousand copies of Scriptology, what a fortune I could have made Seriously, go to their web site http://scriptology.com/ and sign up for the new release. As suggested by Ronald, it does come up for sale on Ebay from time to time. Special Edition Using FileMaker Pro 5, by Rich Coulombre and Jonathan Price and I have always found the example files available at helpful: http://www.fmfiles.com Lee
jw21collier Posted August 31, 2005 Posted August 31, 2005 They have three copies at Amazon.com starting at $93.50. I just checked today (8-31-05).
stanley Posted August 31, 2005 Posted August 31, 2005 Sara: Welcome to the Forums. Scriptology is excellent if you can get it. Also, I second Lee's suggestion of Coulombre & Price's Special Edition Using FileMaker Pro 5, not least because I have a copy which I was planning on putting up on eBay next week. -Stanley
