Simple Yes or No Calc

Hello everyone,

I have a portal on this portal there is a field called "Broker".

Is there a way to have any calc do this....

When all names are the same = Yes when all names are diferent = No

Not sure how to do this:

Example:

"Broker"

1. Bob

2. Bob

3. Bob

This is Yes all the same

"Broker"

1. Bob

2. Bob

3. Jack

This is No not all the same
