Lost Password in FMP 4.0

I'm the Database Administrator for Dona Ana County (NM) and just recieved an old FileMaker Pro 4.0 database to convert. I have not been able to get into the the database because it is password protected and no one knows what it is. Is there an easy way to break the password?
