The best method will depend upon what you plan to do with the information. Do you want to delete the duplicates, generate a summarized report, produce the results in a portal, isolate a found set for export, produce one text list with the results? Will this be a one-time thing or an ongoing need? If you can provide more information about the purpose we'll better assist you. :wink2:

Uh. You say field. You mean these are RECORDS, right? Well, even if you mean field we'll need more information; whether you wish to just display another field with the unqiue values or strip them. Omit can have dual meaning in either of these scenarios.

and so on..

the answer for first row is Male then 2nd Female then Male then back to female again and so on....thats pair of number belong to male and female....pls split the numbers
