Need someone to fine tune current setup...

I work for a company in los angeles that is running filemaker server for there database solution. It is also setup as a proofing tool for WAN clients using xslt. We migrated from filemaker 5.5 to 7 and have had nothing but problems including numerous amounts of errors on the WAN side daily. I am in need of someone who knows there stuff and can come in and make sure it is setup properley as well as the most effisient all the way from the database to the xslt stylesheets. I am open to working closley with someone over the phone if need be and know my way around the computer. I pays well and should only be a few hours work as it is a pretty simple setup for someone who is an expert at filemaker.
