Hi all,

Every RECORD has a CONTRACT layout but not every record has a contract. So what I want to do is when I come to draw up a contract for a record I want to be able to use a button on the contract layout to find the last contract I did.

I've been playing around with the sort records tool but it dosn't seem to like me! Can someone take me through step-by-step?

Any ideas?

You can create button which finds all records with not empty contract and show it in different window with go to the last record script.

Even by relation you can autoenter to the contract field last not empty contract.

Admitted I made a pushers deal on this one, as far as I can say are we still teething here ...so I'm kind of feeding repeaters to the hungry masses! We're in Finding & Searching subsection and I have hijacked the thread, and the topic you refer to am I aware of - and shouldn't be??
