Not enough information, DZ. How is your database structured? What have you tried and how did it fail?

When I sort school ID and month it is show me all record for that school.

My boss only want to see the total of jobs and the total of copies that we did in one month he doesnt wants to see all record.

What I need is layout that when I sort show me just one field for school ID,one for school name one for total of copies and one total of jobs.

DZ,

I think what you need is a layout that has a sub-summary section but no body. You will have to have to do your search and sorting from another layout and then switch into the report layout. To do the totals you will simply need to define some summary fields (ie: count).

If that doesn't make sense then post the DB with some sample data.

Hola, (Hi).

As far as I can understand, you need a subsumary. But first of all, you need to create some summary fields in which report will show you total amount of copies, jobs, and so on.

Once you have those fields created, you will need to put them in a sub-summary.

If you need further help, please tell me.

Hope it helps you.

Saludos Cordiales.
