DZ Posted June 10, 2006 Posted June 10, 2006 Hi we have 200 school,we do job for all schools every day,at the end of the month I have to do report showing school ID,schools name,total of jobs,total of copies. How do I do that? Please(por favor)

My boss only want to see the total of jobs and the total of copies that we did in one month he doesnt wants to see all record. What I need is layout that when I sort show me just one field for school ID,one for school name one for total of copies and one total of jobs. Edited June 10, 2006 by Guest
bdam Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 DZ, I think what you need is a layout that has a sub-summary section but no body. You will have to have to do your search and sorting from another layout and then switch into the report layout. To do the totals you will simply need to define some summary fields (ie: count). If that doesn't make sense then post the DB with some sample data. Bryan

But first of all, you need to create some summary fields in which report will show you total amount of copies, jobs, and so on.
