abomb Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 Hey everyone, I have a Customer Quote report that totals line items I have quoted. Everything is just how I want it except one thing. Most quotes contain 4 items or less and I have had no problem keeping it all on one page. Because of this I put the totaled summary field in the footer so it will always print at the bottom of the page. Well I just did a quote that needed 2 pages. As you may know, now the "grand total" is not only on page two(where I want it), but on page one. In these situations, because it will happen again, how (if possible) can I make the Grand Total only appear on the last page at the bottom.

abomb Posted August 31, 2006 Author Posted August 31, 2006 Thanks for the fast response. I tried that but it prints right below the last listed item, not at the bottom of the page. I know how to slide a field up, is there a way to slide it down?
