Multiple Databases on same Web Page

Hi all,

Was wondering if there was a way to have multiple databases linked to a common Web page. What we have is a set of 5 instrument scheduling databases (instrument -> day -> hours) and what I'd like to have is one "view-only" form that shows the user what machines are available and when.. (i.e. on Tues, here's the schedule for instrument 1 - 5). But I'd like to do this without having the user navigate through a pile of different pages....

Thanks

if you are using a web publishing tool (i.e. - claris home page) you can just create the page with frames, one displaying one db-layout the other displaying a different one. If your just using the web companion, i'm pretty sure you cant do that. (i'm wrong every now and then though)

Excellent

that's just what I was thinking of doing - use Web Companion to make up the individual pages that would then pop up in a frame, referenced by a side bar link..

Thanks

Chris.

Got something to work - I decided to not use frames and just pasted in 3 FM Forms and used that to navigate (you can find the example at the following:

The two ways are...

db Portals...

Web Frames.

Probably portals are the best way for you....
