FM Pro Developer - Charlotte, NC

I am presently recruiting for a contract to hire position in Charlotte, NC for a FM Pro Developer. Our client is developing an application that enables them to budget all construction projects over $500 through multiple years balancing spending, cash flow, forecasting, inflation ,taxes, etc. at the project level. This unique database is a first of its kind.

This candidate should have a strong understanding of FileMaker Pro (version 8 or 8.5), and how it is built into modules. The person should have a focus on databases, not web, and must be able to code and document well. The candidate does not have to be an expert, but must be an energetic team player with a sense of urgency, work ethic, and data integrity. The person should be adapt to change and must be great communicator as they will interact with several groups. An understanding of the different aspects of a construction project is a plus.
