Ender Posted November 27, 2006 Posted November 27, 2006 You should probably contact the author: http://www.briandunning.com/chartmaker/
chapeau_melon Posted November 27, 2006 Author Posted November 27, 2006 Yes thank you, but all he will say is to buy a license which I can understand but I'm not allowed to spend 50$ to this. So if someone of you has a unlocked version, please help me ? Kind regards
Lee Smith Posted November 27, 2006 Posted November 27, 2006 This subject comes up from time to time. Do a search for [color:blue]+chart +FileMaker Include the plusesand you should find several Threads on the subject. I just did that and got 75 hits. Also, there is at least one Sample File, do a search for [color:blue]Timeline Chart and [color:blue]Bar Charts - 2 Also, there are some tip files, search http://databasepros.com/resources.html HTH Lee
Ender Posted November 27, 2006 Posted November 27, 2006 Don't ask us to help you cheat another developer out of their fee. TANSTAAFL!
Genx Posted November 28, 2006 Posted November 28, 2006 TANSTAAFL! I agree with you whole heartedly... but TANSTAAFL? What on earth does that one mean?
Ender Posted November 28, 2006 Posted November 28, 2006 "There Ain't No Such Thing As A Free Lunch!" Even if you find a "free" solution, it'll just cost you more time, money, or aggravation trying to get it to work. Well-built solutions cost money. So pony up!
Genx Posted November 28, 2006 Posted November 28, 2006 I get the expression, I just have to say I've never seen someone use the Acronym before lol! Anyway all good. Cheers.
xoomaster Posted November 28, 2006 Posted November 28, 2006 With the advent of WebViewer I don't think you need The Charting plug ins or manually drawn charts. Use a flash program, more dynamic and appealing in my view.
chapeau_melon Posted November 28, 2006 Author Posted November 28, 2006 I shure do agree with you all ! I'm using webviewer now. And It has a nice result. But I can't customise the swf cause my office computer doesn't allow me to install Flash. I'll try to ask in one of the subforums. Cheers
