I want to disable the feature of browing the records using the scroll button.

Locking the status area will stop the scroll wheel browsing the records

But by locking the status area(i.e the layout) the scrolling didn't stop. I also tried grouping the fields and then locking them but it also didn't work.

Am i doing something wrong?

I am using FM 8.5.

Locking is only half the key. The Status Area must also be hidden. Script step: Show/Hide Status Area; select Hide, then lock it.

Hi

This stops the mouse scrolling between records but on my machine at least it still won't scroll up and down in a layout. Is there a way to achieve this?
