How do I create a horizontal slider? I want the user to rate between "good" and "bad", good being 100 and bad being 0.

There is not slide bar functionality in FM.

Do you really need 100 options...

Usually the good to bad options would look something like this:

1. Excellent

2. Good

3. Standard

4. Poor

5. Bad

Radio button selection is usually going to give you a better understanding of your users true feelings ... Numbers 0-100 may render unusable results. (its quite abstract and too subjective)

If you want to use a graphic representation i think the ITunes 5 star rating method is really clear and intuitive... most people know that 5 stars are the best and 1 is the worst. (0 is unrated)
