Howdy, howdy, and happy holidays!

Here's a brain hernia to wind up my year, so if you have an answer to solve it you'd make my year:

I created a run-time solution for a client who's accessing it through a virtual network on his server (VPN, run on Linux) so he can access it remotely. The problem is, even though his monitor's screen resolution is set to 1024x768 (the native resolution the solution was created in on my computer), the screens look awful and contracted, cutting out fields and making the fonts look...well...fugly, as if it were reset to 800x600.

At first I thought it was a VPN problem, but the client says the problem only happens with the FM run-time solution I sent him, so...?

I've attached a .png from the client's computer and a .jpg from mine for comparison.
