Connection reset by peer

Hello!

What does this message mean about:

Unexpected Error

An unexpected error occurred: Connection reset by peer, 10.20.0.4

Problem is that everyting works fine with netscape, but with explorer 5.5 it does not...

I have "a href" link: http://pvar:[email protected]/puustelli/rekisteri/FMPro?-db=akkanta2001.fp5&-lay=nettiuxxusto&-format=lisiuu.htm&-SortField=sukunimi&puustelli%20aktiivinen=1&puustelli%20tunnus%20net ti=pvarkaus&hanke=rakentaminen&-SortOrder=Ascending&-max=1500&-Error=errors.htm&-find

I open the page where link is, click the link. Page opens (it opens the same page but populated with records) I click same link again. I get error message saying that connection reseted by peer ?!?! And now I click refress button on explorer and everyting works fine again...

Everyting worked fine when we used database directly from Filemaker Unlimited. These error messages showed up when we moved to use web connector for IIS(5.0)

So. Any ideas? what is wrong?

At a guess I'd say it's the spaces in your database file names causing problems with IE -- the %20 in the url you posted. Backup the current system, rename the fields, modify the html format files and try again.

Same here.

Only difference is that we have no spaces in url line code i.e.

http://www.cybizz.com/FMPro?-db=CBTime_Billing.fp5&-lay=Detail&-format=CBTime_Billing_search.htm&-view

Results: An unexpected error occurred: Connection reset by peer, 64.58.187.49

We too are using web connector with fmpro 5.0v3

Sometimes when we refresh the page shows up...

Very important to fix this problem.

I just tried the link and it's *really* broken.

An unexpected error occurred: No default and no address for database cbtime_billing.

Click the Back button on your browser to return to the previous page

That is all I've got.

In any case, you mention FM v 5.0.3.

You must use FM Unlimited 5.0.x with WebCompanion v. 5.0.6
