Seeking fulltime Technical Project Leader

Soliant Consulting, a FileMaker Solutions Alliance Partner, and leader in the FileMaker development community, currently has an opening for a Technical Project Leader in Northern California.

At Soliant, a Technical Project Leader is responsible for requirements analysis, system design, and management of a development team.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of development experience with the FileMaker product line and supporting technologies.

In addition to very solid experience and a proven track record in FileMaker development, candidates should also possess these qualities and skills:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Aptitude for requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation

- Strong skills in application design and architecture

- Desire to tackle and conquer challenging projects

- Experience in estimating, monitoring, and controlling project budgets

- Demonstrated experience in project management techniques to complete development projects on time and within budget

- Established experience leading a development team on complex multi-faceted projects

- Ability to mentor and train junior developers
