Printing Image From Web

I've been trying to find a way to print a JPEG from my IWP site. The image is 8.5 x 11. I can get it to print but it won't print actual size. I was thinking maybe I could save the image as a PDF and then open it through the web site but haven't been able to figure that one out yet.

Any Ideas?
