I am trying to print files in A4. However everytime I open any record it defaults back to Letter size paper. When I print it prints on 2 pages. If I manually change the paper size to A4 every time in Print setup it will print properly. How can I remove the letter size and change the default paper size to A4 (8.5 x 11) I have been trying to solve this problem for over 6 months now. Driving me mad!

Have you setup your default windows printer to A4 ?

A4 is NOT 8.5 x 11. In old "money" it is 8 1/2 x 11 2/3. In new "money" thats 210 x 299 mm.

Yes I have set my default printer to A4. I downloaded PCL drivers and used them instead of PS drivers.

I have even checked my regional settings are on European not US. Any other ideas?

You need to run a script before printing that has got the print setup already defined for A4 etc..

What would that script look like. What would it have to include?
