Delmar seeks a qualified developer with at least 3 years of development experience in FileMaker Pro 7, or 8.x and at least 1 year of working with 8.x. This position requires the ability to work closely with the end-users to drive improvements to the existing systems.

Ideal candidate must possess the following proven experiences:

• Experience designing, implementing and deploying FileMaker database solutions using FileMaker Pro or Developer, and FileMaker Server, versions 7 or 8

• Experience and knowledge of PHP and other web technologies.

• Able to design, code, and test software.

• Must have a serious talent for problem-solving and debugging user workflows.

• Able to analyze business requirements, develop functional specifications, design entity relationship diagrams, analyze use cases and understand user interaction design.

• Troubleshoot complex application issues and improve performance as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with FileMaker development, especially scripting

• Have professional design and planning skills (pertaining to application development).

• excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Project Management skills

• Ability to work flexible hours.
