Greetings,

We are looking for Advanced FMP Developers for contract work. We currently have work coming out of our ears but so far the people claiming to be advanced get a real awakening when they look under the hood. As a result we have lost clients and money.

We realize contracted developers have other work and lives so we typically outline phases in our design docs that outline what benchmark we need met and at what pay. Occasionally we have clients willing to pay billable hourly.
