We are a full-service consulting firm, our teams help define efficient workflow processes, analyze deployment strategies, and provide a common-sense perspective on helping solve data system challenges. We specialize in custom development of databases, workgroup applications, Web solutions, and knowledge management processes for our clients. We provide services to a diverse group of clients, including Boeing, FileMaker, Inc., and Apple.

Responsibilities:

The Technical Lead serves as the chief architect, business analyst/consultant and developer for client engagements. Technical Leads are responsible for the quality of Soliant's work with a client and are required to operate successfully with a wide degree of independence. Technical Leads create prototypes, project plans, estimates and technical specifications as projects require, and may serve on a development team as needed.

Experience & Abilities Required:

• - Bachelors Degree.
  - Advanced knowledge and experience with FMP/PHP/MySQL.
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  - Ability to interact effectively with clients.
  - Aptitude for requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
  - Strong skills in application design and architecture.
  - Experience in estimating, monitoring, and controlling project budgets.
  - Established experience leading a development team on complex multi-faceted projects.
  - Ability to mentor and train junior developers.
