April 6, 200718 yr The database system that I created just went live in my office. I have gotten many requests for something resembling a browser's back button. Users want to be able to revisit their previous screens without have to go through their initial navigational process. Is there a simple way to set this up? Thanks.

April 7, 200718 yr Not directly no... but i'm not sure I understand your question -- If you're referring to differing windows, I'm sure this would be possible fairly easily but then there's the case of if the windows been shut, should it be re-opened etc. etc. Could you be a bit more detailed?

April 8, 200718 yr Well different file implies different window doesn't it? Here's a scenario... Your in a contacts file You click on a related record and it opens up your documents file in a new window What happens when you press the back button... Does it close the window you opened or simply navigate back? What happens if you closed your contacts window?
