seraph_nyc Posted July 18, 2007 Posted July 18, 2007 Hi, I was wondering the best way that I can work on a database remotely. I work off an intel mac and most of my clients are mac based. Sometimes I need to make a minor change and I don't want to travel to their location.
Ender Posted July 18, 2007 Posted July 18, 2007 Use remote workstation management software, like Timbuktu Pro or Apple Remote Desktop. This will allow you to control the remote workstation (to close files) and transfer files back and forth. This is also good for remote tech support; you can walk someone through a process without having to picture it in your mind.
