Save a copy in runtime program

When I open a runtime program I can use Save a Copy but I can't open the copy. Is there a way to do this?

you're going to have to import, since the saved copy is not bound to a runtime solution.

... or open the saved file in a full copy of FMP.

Is it possible to open it if the original file is moved from the runtime folder and the file extension of the saved copy changed to that of the original runtime that was removed?

Well I suppose it might (but probably not - it would need to be bound with the same key to def. work) but surely you would have completely wasted your time if you did that. Wouldn't you?
