I have created a time sheet and am trying to add up duration of time spent on a project and then deducting the total hours from the total project hours. I have tried defining the time fields as time,number and text and the total hours field as a calculation and summary. Nothing works. I only need hours and minutes, not seconds. Can anyone help? Thanks

Thanks for our reply, but unfortunately this does not work. If on day 1, 1:00 (hour) is logged, day 2 :45 (minutes)and day 3 :30 (minutes), the total duration of time shoud be 2:15 (2 hours 15 minutes). Instead it adds up as 1:75. When this total is subtracted from the total project hours of 30:00, it should read 27:45 (hours/minutes left)not 28:25. Can you help?
