Is there a keyboard shortcut in FMPro 8.5 Advanced (Mac) to activate the standard Filemaker menus?

You can assign one in System Preferences -> Keyboard&mouse

Can this be done on Windows?

You can write a script that includes the "Install Menu Set" step and attach it to a Custom Menu shortcut.

Ahh that's handy, will do this and check account privileges in the script so only Admin users can switch on full menus - great tip David :B
