FileMaker Pro Developer / Administrative Assistant

Phoenix, AZ

Compu-Books seeks individual with FileMaker and Administrative skills to work onsite and remotely in the Phoenix area. The job requires some time spent in our Glendale office each week, with balance of time working from your home remotely.

Ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

- 2 or more yrs experience with FileMaker Pro versions 5/6 through 8/9

- Web technologies and FileMaker plug-in experience a plus

- Familiar with Word, Excel, various email programs and browsers

- Accounting software experience a plus

- A computer running Mac OS 10.3-10.4 or Windows Vista at home

- High speed internet connection at home

Responsibilities would include:

- FileMaker development on new projects and commercial solution updates

- FileMaker support services for existing clients

- Fulfilling orders for FileMaker product/solutions, technical support questions

- Followup on product inquiries, answering sales questions

- Prepare monthly newsletter and maintain online mail list

- Technical writing, research, building leads list, and other administrative tasks
