The job requires some time spent in our Glendale office each week, with balance of time working from your home remotely. Ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: - 2 or more yrs experience with FileMaker Pro versions 5/6 through 8/9 - Web technologies and FileMaker plug-in experience a plus - Familiar with Word, Excel, various email programs and browsers - Accounting software experience a plus - A computer running Mac OS 10.3-10.4 or Windows Vista at home - High speed internet connection at home Responsibilities would include: - FileMaker development on new projects and commercial solution updates - FileMaker support services for existing clients - Fulfilling orders for FileMaker product/solutions, technical support questions - Followup on product inquiries, answering sales questions - Prepare monthly newsletter and maintain online mail list - Technical writing, research, building leads list, and other administrative tasks Flexible part-time or full time hours depending on your availability and qualifications.
