Missing Sub Summary Field On Specific Record

I created a layout and on two records the sub summary field does not display and there are values in the two records affected.

Anyone have any idea why this is happening and have any solutions?

Not enough information. You might post a picture of the layout (while in layout mode). But there are other factors, such as sort order, what the summary field does etc. Fill us in and we'll help you out.
