Anyone know what's up with Tech Talk?

I haven't seen a new post in the General Discussion area for 3-4 days.

I've seen many posts in the last few days.

You use the Web interface? I don't see any new threads after "What about User ?" (last post 10/23) in the General Discussion forum.

In the Scripting and Calculations section, though, there's current posts.

Odd. I've e-mail tech support to see what they can see.

Are you talking about this board (FMForums) or are you talking about the Filemaker Inc operated (~$100 membership) message board called Tech Talk?

I'm talking about FMI's Tech Talk / Tech Net.

I've never seen FMForums referred to as TechTalk.

I think I see what the issue is...the board isn't sorting correctly. No matter what I set the "in folder, list items:" preference to, the General Discussion list sorts oddly. The first 20-30 posts seem to be sorted randomly, then the next 2 1/2 pages are the sort order I've specified.

I haven't either... but you did post the question here at FMForums, which is similar. You can understand my confusion.

To answer your question; I've seen the usual number of emails come in from FMI's Tech Talk. I don't use the web interface much.

E-mailed Steve Romig and he found the problem and fixed it. Apparently they're rolling out a new UI soon and some things got scrambled.

Sorry David, didn't get a chance to reply back. I don't use their web interface. It's horrible, especially as compared to FMForums Good to hear they're rolling out an upgrade.
