i'm sure this is easy but i can't figure out percentages in a normal layout

uhmm. well my question is right there in the title. . .

i'm sure this is easy but i can't figure out percentages in a normal layout

If you are referring to the field being format to show as percentage (i.e. %70), then use the Format >> Number, in the Layout Mode.
