Layout Mode - moving fields is very slow and cumbersome

I just upgraded to Filemaker Pro 9. When moving fields in layout mode, there is a noticeble delay and lag time when dragging and dropping, making it very difficult to place fileds accurately in their place. My computer is not running slow in other prgrams, including older version of Filemaker which is working perfectly in Layout mode. Any ideas?

maybe your computer not enough flash memory, i think u should upgrade. Can u post your computer specification ?

I had the same problem a while back all my graphics programs worked just fine except 8.5 when it first came out I tried everything I could think of, nothing seemed to work.

I finally upgraded my video card and Poof! all was well.
