As far as I know it's only included with FMP 5 Developer.

It came with FMP 4 as well. Of course, that version only has the FMP 4 CDML codes in it and none of the new ones introduced in FMP 5. But it's a great start.

I did a complete install of 5.0 Unlimited and got no CDML Reference DB.
