is it possible to move an object like a window through a calculation?

I haven't seen this but I am wondering if it is possible to move an object in a layout like you can move a window.

In version 9 you can resize/move objects in relation to the window itself…

Layout Mode > View > Object Info

Use the tickboxes to anchor the objects

Are you trying to accomplish a specific task or are you just curious about the exact question? If just curious, the answer is no. If trying to accomplish something specific, give more information.

Sorry Long delay have been real sick....

I would like to accomplish an animation with an object. That is why I would like to be able to move it by a script.
