I don't know how to ask this without the picture!

I have never seen this before.

On my "SS Quotes" table, next to field Status does NOT have the 3-prong branch like the field below it (Year Month).

What does that mean?

It usually signifies an unstored calc or global field as opposed to the crow's foot which designates a Many relationship. It has to do with the field's storage.
