IT Manager - Full-time Immediate Position (Local candidates only)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual, who enjoys working with a variety of technologies. This person would oversee and manage all IT responsibilities for the Company. Position Summary:

Desktop/ Network Specialist to assist with providing hardware and software support to company users. Assist users with questions or problems with their desktops and laptops. Develop relational database solutions using Filemaker to follow business processes. Maintain all servers, network hardware.

Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned to meet business needs)

Filemaker relational database development

Install and move hardware as needed.

Desktop Maintenance and Support

Provide Technical Support Services

Help Evaluate hardware /software requirements for system compatibility

Support for Windows & Mac OS

Email Client Support & Internet Connectivity

Manage all servers including Exchange.

Configure and Deploy New Desktop / Laptop Devices and Software

Web database deployment via PHP

Maintain all backup systems

Manage and maintenance phone systems and account

Qualifications/Requirements

Solid problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Professionalism, follow-up, commitment

Ability to work collectively with the team and all associates

Ability to work independently

Filemaker development experience

Familiarity with support of Dell equipment

Network, firewall and router experience a plus.

Minimum 5 years experience developing Filemaker solutions

Minimum 3 years experience supporting Windows XP Experience installing Windows / OSX operating systems

Experience installing software, patches, updates on desktops and laptops

Experience troubleshooting network, software, Outlook e-mail, printing problems on desktop systems.
