I am working with a solution we developed in-house 3 years ago and which has evolved over time and now needs an overhaul. I would like to hire someone to create Version 1.0 (considering existing one as Beta) to allow us to scale our business by adding functionality to the solution, improving speed to allow us to add users in multiple countries, web users, ensure compatibility for Mac/PC, etc.

I envision the project as starting from the ground-up using the existing solution as a template for what the business needs are but not trying to modify the existing file itself. We are based in London, but are open-minded to working remotely with the right person.
