DMGoldie Posted June 10, 2008 Posted June 10, 2008 Hi, This one is driving me nuts. I have a Job table, a Company table and a Contact table. In the Job table each record is a Job - represented by Job Number. In the Company table each record is a Company - represented by a Company Number. The Contact table is only used as a portal. When entering a Company you can also enter Contact names via a portal. Company ABC has John Smith and Ben Gold as contacts. Company XYZ has Jim Jones and Betty Downs as contacts. I create a Job in the Jobs table - Job Number 1001. I have 4 fields on the layout: Job Number - Auto Entered Customer Number - Drop Down List Company Name - Fills in after Customer Number is picked. Contact - I want this to be a Drop Down List using the "Only Related Values" function but I cannot get it to work. Any ideas? I can post the file if needed... Thanks! dmg
