Subcontractor needed in Portland, OR

I'm looking for an intermediate-to-advanced level FileMaker developer to work for me on a fairly frequent basis as a subcontractor in the Portland, Oregon area. I can keep the right person pretty busy for about the next 4 months, possibly much longer. Ideally, it would turn into a long term relationship (full time employment with benefits).

Requirements are:

Solid foundation in FileMaker

Devoted to expanding knowledge
