I've got a script that backs up my FMP file's data called "Backup System"... when the file initially opens it runs "AutoBackup" (see screenshot), which runs the backup script, sets a time field to the current time + a # of minutes designated by the user, then runs the "CallScriptAtScheduleTime" function using an unstored timestamp (i.e. "AutoBackup_Next_TS") equaling the current date and that future time and the script called is "AutoBackup" (therefore, the script just keeps calling itself ever X minutes).

Strange thing is that it wasn't working so I opened the script window and started poking around, and then it just ran! However, I haven't been able to reproduce this since. Can anyone see any logic problems in the included script or suggest why it isn't working? (by the way, the $$Timer variable is getting a result of "1", which I assume means it's okay)

Thanks in advance!

Hey Gary - I don't see anything obviously wrong with the script. Is this with FileMaker Pro client, or is this running on the server? One thing you might try is putting in the actual file name instead of using Get(FileName) - maybe somehow when ScriptMaster initially triggers the backup script, it gets re-queued with the wrong filename.

What is the purpose of the Go To Field[] steps?

Gary, the fix that I posted for Salvador in version 2.02 may apply to your problem as well. Please get the latest version (2.02 at the moment) from http://www.360works.com/scriptmaster and see if that helps.

Jesse,

Seems to have done the trick! Thank you!
