David Jondreau Posted September 29, 2008 Posted September 29, 2008 OK, this is really odd. My MBP recently went in for service and I deauthorized by FM9A and installed it and activated it on my home iMac (OSX 10.5.4, FMA 9.0v3). Firewall set to allow "All incoming connections." I maintain several solutions hosted by a 3rd party hoster who has them on a couple different servers. I am unable to access two of those servers at all. As a Favorite host, when I select that server, nothing shows up, when usually all the files do (including my own). Other users (my clients) can see the files, just not me. Customer service at the hosting company has been great, but ultimately unhelpful. The host maintains a handful of servers and of the five I have tried I cannot access two of them, one Server 9, one Server 8. Hosting reports no other problems at the moment. Anyone have any ideas? In short, I am operating 9A on an Apple machine that can't, via fmnet, access some machines running Server. Thanks, DJ
mr_vodka Posted September 29, 2008 Posted September 29, 2008 Hey DJ. I am sure that you have, but have you tried it with the firewall off? Not too familiary with Apple firewall settings, but usually I have both incoming and outgoing on TCP and UDP.

David Jondreau Posted September 30, 2008 Author Posted September 30, 2008 Thanks huit. For the record, my issue has been resolved thanks to the linked thread.
