Font problem

I have a font that I use all over and I tried to set a filed to that font in Layout with no success. When I'm in View mode and switch to that font in the filed, it types correctly. Any ideas?

Did you select the field, and choose the font? How did you "set the field to that font?"

Are you pasting pre-formatted data into the field in Browse mode?

In Layout mode I click on the field and choose font. I selecyt a font and it doesn't work. If I'm in View mode and I enter text into the field and then select the text and change the font to that font it works. Thanks.

I found that if you do a Ctrl and Alt together when selecting the font it works but I don't know why. I'll check the posts. Thanks.
