VLA/maintenance customers

I know I should probably contact my sales rep about this, but their phone is probably ringing off the hook today:

How soon do VLA customers with a maintenance contract typically get their download links and serial numbers for the new software? The same day it ships? Within the next week? Later?

And does it come automatically or should I specifically request it?

I am in the first year of the VLA program so this will be my first "free" upgrade.

You will receive notification via your registered email - keep an eye on your spam folders, all VLA members will get notifications by Today. Their servers are overloaded at present so logging in and attempting to download your software, may be best suited for later this evening, tomorrow.

Still waiting, too. I sent an e-mail to my rep, so I will probably get it tomorrow. I think they must spread out the e-mails to keep the bandwidth manageable. Even getting onto TechNet today has been slow going.

I got mine and already downloaded it. I have the new fmp, advanced, and server copies. My question is, for example the server, do you install it new or does it upgrade? Same with the others. Will all my 9 files on the server work properly? Anyone try it?
