Anyone know why the "Value is" condition in the conditional formatting drop down would be grayed out?

I have one condition already set based on a "Formula" and need another using "Value Is".

It's a button?

Or can't meet one of the requirments for the list of Values.

Or rather, it's not a field.

Or you haven't "Added" the condition before selecting whether it's a Value or Formula.

Either way, a Formula condition can do anything a Value condition can do (but not vice versa)...though it can be a little more complicated depending on the condition.
