Calendar with alarm

Featured Replies

I'm looking for some suggestions for a simple calendar with alarm / reminder. Now I have seedcode which is good but don't have the alarm.

Thanks,

Mats

I am still looking. Must be one out there?!?

I can offer some ideas if I knew better your definition of "alarms."

For example, in one system I did, users created Activities. Each activity had an Assigned To (StaffID) and a Complete Date.

On the Main Menu, each user sees a portal of incomplete Activities that are assigned to them.

Is that close to your requirement. You also could have a server script find the incomplete Activities and send an email reminder to the StaffID.

FM-iCal Connector will allow you to integrate iCal and FM, and use the alarms in iCal.

I wouldn't say it's easy to use though.

Thanks for your help. Maybe it could help. As I need a calender with some kind of reminder/alarm that pops up a given time and day.

I will use it for my sails system where a seller can write date and time that the customer asked for, and the be reminded from the calendar.

Also I would use it in my invoice system to set a start and end date, and at the end date the calendar will remind me of that customer ID to send new invoice.

So if the calendar you have can do this job, I would be delighted :)
