February 24, 200916 yr I created the starter solution "Home Contact Management". I then I created the starter solution "Business Time Billing". I then copied all the fields from Time Billing and pasted them into the Contact Management. I then copied the Layout and pasted it to a New layout. When I look at the Time Billing layout all the fields say "" Is there an easy way to fix this or can someone explain the proper way to add these 2 starter solutions together? Thanks Ben
February 24, 200916 yr Each of the starter solutions are independent files, but they have internal links to the suite of tables (NOT FILES) that are in each file. Copying fields and layouts does NOT recreate any relationships that existed in the original, hence "unrelated table". You have 2 options... 1. Study the original files and then replicate the relationships in your new file 2. Use the files as independent files, but you can still tie them together with relationship links and scripting for navigation. Option 2 is less preferred, albeit probably easier to handle right now. Option 1 is a "must" if you plan to only have one file as your solution.
