Scroll Box?

Featured Replies

If I have a square area I want to input text into without it falling off the page but instead to be enclosed by a scroll box what is the best way to accomplish this?

I have seen them before but not in any of my samples to see how its done.

Field Control>Setup> Edit box, with Vertical scroll bar. Stretch the field to the size you want.

I tried using that and was hoping for another alternative. I created a layout for "Help" and want to keep all the text in one box like you mentioned without being able to change appearance when clicked on but can scroll up and down.

The one thru control seems to go white as soon as you click the scroll bar and can edit the text. Which isnt want I want.

Any other thoughts?

Is I am understanding you correctly, you can change the background color of the text field to match your background.

What about the color of the scroll bar?

I dont understand what your exact issue is so I am taking stabs in the dark here.

Did you turn off Field Frame under layout setup?

I was just getting picky with how I wanted it to appear. The color change is fine. I was hoping to be able to edit the scroll bar as well but no biggy.
