Is there a way to set printing to fit within the page when it prints. I am missing about 1 inch of data on a specific layout. I dont want to move things to accommodate for the 1 inch to appear. I checked setting and advanced settings and cant find anything.

Because Shrink to Fit isn't an option, sorry.

Have you played with the page margins? Every printer has a different edge buffer where it will begin to allow printing. Some printers will print to within 20 px of the paper edge.

Many printers also allow reduce by percent (check your printer's advanced settings) so you could increase your page size then reduce when printing so it will fit on one page.

Yes, try reducing the scale option in the print setup dialog.
